Instruments missing from the list in TradeLocker
A market you expect to trade is not in the instrument list, or is listed but refuses orders.

What is causing it
Your firm enables a subset of instruments per account type, and instruments outside their session cannot be traded.
Why this happens
Instrument access is an account permission set by the firm, usually to keep exposure away from thin or expensive products. If the firm has not enabled it, it does not exist for your account no matter what other traders can see.
The fix, step by step
- Search by part of the market name rather than the exact symbol string.
- Read the firm's published instrument list for your account type and stage.
- Check the trading session for that market, as indices, commodities and shares follow exchange hours.
- Look in any other watchlists or groups the platform offers before concluding it is absent.
- Ask the firm whether the instrument is enabled for your account, as nothing in the platform can add one that is not.
How to confirm it is fixed
The instrument appears and accepts a minimum-size order during its normal session.
Stopping it happening again
Check the instrument list before designing a strategy around a product, and check it again at each stage change.
