Terms of Service

This is a plain-English summary of our terms and is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; have a qualified lawyer review before relying on it.

1.Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trader Indicators website at traderindicators.net and the Market Structure Pro software ("MSP", "the software"), provided by Berbe PTE Ltd, a company registered in Singapore and trading as "Trader Indicators" ("we", "us", "our").

By using this website, downloading, installing, activating or using MSP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.

2.The service and licence grant

MSP is a custom indicator for the MetaTrader 5 ("MT5") platform. When you purchase a plan or start a trial, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use MSP on the permitted number of MT5 trading accounts for the plan you hold.

The number of trading accounts covered depends on your plan:

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, publish or otherwise transfer the software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law. You may not share, publish or transfer your licence keys, and you must keep them confidential.

3.Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate MSP before paying. No payment card is required to start a trial.

The trial is limited to one per customer. When the 7-day period ends, the software deactivates automatically and you will need a paid plan to continue using it. We may decline or end a trial that we reasonably believe is being abused, for example through duplicate accounts.

4.Subscriptions and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise the charges shown at checkout.

The Monthly plan is a subscription that auto-renews each month at $39 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the software deactivates. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a partial refund for the current period.

The Lifetime and Lifetime Pro plans are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew. "Lifetime" refers to the supported operational life of the MSP product line and not to your personal lifetime.

5.Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If MSP is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Full details and any conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

6.Acceptable use

MSP is licensed for your own personal trading use. You agree that you will not:

• use the software for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with licence checks, activation or any security measure;
• use the software on more accounts than your plan permits;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or keys; or
• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the website or our services.

8.No warranty

The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that it will work with every broker, data feed or MT5 configuration.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berbe PTE Ltd and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of MSP or the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to MSP or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the software in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10.Third parties and trademarks

MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd. MSP is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise connected to MetaQuotes Ltd or any broker. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11.Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be announced on the website. Your continued use of the website or software after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your licence without refund if you materially breach these Terms, for example by sharing licence keys, circumventing licence checks or using the software unlawfully. On termination you must stop using MSP and remove it from your devices.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
