Every paid Market Structure Pro plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can buy with total confidence. If MSP is not right for you, just ask within 30 days and we will refund you in full, no hard feelings.

1.The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan is covered: Monthly ($39/mo), Lifetime ($497, 2 accounts), and Lifetime Pro ($997, 5 accounts). If Market Structure Pro is not the right fit for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. That is the whole deal.

2.How to request a refund

Use our contact page and include the email address you used at purchase. You do not need to write a lengthy justification or jump through hoops. A quick message is all it takes.

3.How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued automatically through Stripe, back to the original payment method you used. Once a refund is issued, the associated licence is deactivated automatically. Please note that bank posting times vary and the funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

4.The free trial

The 7-day trial is completely free and requires no card, so there is nothing to refund. It simply deactivates by itself when the 7 days are up, with no charge and no action needed from you.

5.Subscriptions and cancelling

You can cancel a Monthly subscription anytime using the Stripe customer portal link included in your receipt. Cancelling stops all future billing, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are still within the guarantee window, the current period is also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

6.After 30 days

Refunds requested after the 30-day window are at our discretion, but please reach out anyway. We are reasonable people and we will always try to help where we can.

7.Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first through our contact page before opening a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve things quickly and directly, which is faster for everyone.
