Login loop or the platform will not stay signed in in TradeLocker

What is causing it

The browser is refusing to store the session, usually because cookies are blocked, third-party cookies are disabled, or a privacy tool is clearing them.

Why this happens

A login session is stored as a cookie. If the browser refuses to keep it, or a privacy tool clears it immediately, the platform loads, finds no session and sends you back to the login screen. The loop looks like rejected credentials but the login itself succeeded each time.

The third-party cookie case catches people out because the setting is invisible in daily browsing and only bites on sites that authenticate through a separate address.

The fix, step by step

1. Allow cookies for the platform's address specifically, rather than allowing everything everywhere.
2. If your browser blocks third-party cookies, add an exception for this site. Some platforms authenticate through a second address, which that setting breaks.
3. Turn off strict tracking or privacy protection for this site and reload.
4. Test in a private window with extensions disabled. If it works there, a stored cookie or an extension in your normal window is the cause, and clearing site data for that address should fix it.
5. Check that your device's date, time and time zone are correct, as a clock that is wrong by more than a few minutes can invalidate a session.
6. Try a different browser. If only one browser loops, the cause is that browser's settings rather than the platform.

How to confirm it is fixed

You log in once, reload the page, and remain signed in.

Stopping it happening again

Keep a browser profile for trading with cookies allowed for the platform and no privacy extensions, and leave automatic cleaners pointed away from it.
