Login loop: signed out immediately after signing in in WebTrader platforms

What is causing it

The browser is not keeping the session. Blocked cookies, a privacy tool clearing them, or a stale stored session are the usual reasons.

Why this happens

Signing in gives your browser a session cookie. Every later request proves who you are with that cookie. If it is never stored, or is wiped straight away, the platform loads, sees no session and returns you to the login page, so it looks like a rejected password even though the login succeeded.

The fix, step by step

1. Allow cookies for the platform's address rather than loosening your settings everywhere.
2. Clear the stored site data for that address specifically, then log in again. A corrupted stored session causes exactly this loop.
3. Test in a private window with extensions off, which isolates whether stored data or an extension is at fault.
4. Turn off strict tracking protection or privacy shields for this site.
5. Check your device clock, time zone and date are correct, as a badly wrong clock can make a fresh session appear expired.
6. Try a different browser to confirm whether the behaviour follows the browser or the account.

How to confirm it is fixed

You log in once, reload the page, and stay signed in.

Stopping it happening again

Keep a browser profile for trading with cookies permitted for the platform, no privacy extensions and no automatic cleaner pointed at it.
