You are on the wrong DXtrade address in DXtrade

The login page loads and looks like DXtrade, but your details are refused, or the page shows another company's name and colours.

What is causing it

DXtrade is white-labelled. Each firm has its own deployment at its own web address, and your credentials only exist on your firm's instance.

Why this happens

Because the platform is deployed per firm, there is no single universal DXtrade login. Search engines and old forum posts often point at whichever deployment happened to be indexed, which is usually not yours. The login form is identical, so the only clue is the branding and the address itself.

The fix, step by step

  1. Go to your prop firm dashboard and use the link to the platform from there, rather than a search result or an old bookmark.
  2. Check the branding on the login page matches your firm. If it shows a different company, you are on someone else's deployment and your details will never work.
  3. Confirm whether your firm runs separate addresses for demo or evaluation accounts and for funded accounts, as several do.
  4. Bookmark the correct address from the dashboard link once you are in, and delete any older bookmarks.
  5. Never type platform credentials into a page you reached from an advert, a social media post or a direct message. Fake platform login pages are a known way traders lose accounts.
  6. If you cannot find the link, ask your firm's support to confirm the exact address in writing.

How to confirm it is fixed

After logging in, the account number and balance match your dashboard, and the firm's name appears in the platform interface.

Stopping it happening again

Reach the platform through the dashboard link every time, or from a bookmark you created from that link. Treat any other route as untrusted.
