You can log in, but the account shows no trading buttons, or it has disappeared from the account list entirely.
The evaluation has been breached, expired or closed by the firm. Platform access is often left in place so you can still see history.
When a rule is breached the firm disables trading on the account but usually keeps it readable so you can review what happened. To the platform this looks like an account that exists but has no trading permission, which is why the interface loads normally and only the order controls are missing.
Accounts vanish from the list for a different reason: the firm has removed the platform user, most often after a stage change or a closure. In that case you have not lost the record, it just lives in the dashboard now.
The dashboard and the platform agree on the account's status. If the dashboard says breached, the platform being read-only is expected behaviour and there is nothing to fix.
Watch drawdown against the firm's measure rather than your own, and take a screenshot of your dashboard figures at the end of each session so you have a record if a status changes unexpectedly.
