You logged in but your trading account is missing.
The account is not linked to your cTrader ID, or the wrong environment is selected.
Your cTrader ID and your trading accounts are separate things joined by a link that your broker creates. Signing in proves who you are; it does not by itself grant access to any particular account. If the link has not been made, or was made to a different cTrader ID, you sign in successfully to an ID that legitimately has no accounts attached, which is why the platform shows you nothing rather than an error.
The live and demo split is the other explanation. Accounts sit in one environment or the other, and the platform shows only the accounts belonging to the environment you are viewing, so a live account is genuinely absent from the demo view and vice versa. Switching environment is the quickest way to rule this out before assuming the link is missing.
The account should be listed with your broker's name and its account number, and selecting it should show the correct balance. Compare that balance against your broker's client area, since matching figures confirm you are looking at the right account rather than a demo with a similar number.
Link accounts to your cTrader ID from your broker's client area when you open them, rather than at the point you need to trade. Use one cTrader ID rather than several, since accounts linked to a second ID are invisible from the first. Your broker is the only party who can create or repair that link.
