Full review

TMGM, formerly TradeMax Global Markets, is an Australia-based forex and CFD broker founded in 2013 and headquartered in Sydney. Its flagship entity is ASIC-regulated (AFSL 436416), with a New Zealand FMA registration too. It offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and the IRESS platform, so Market Structure Pro can be used here, spanning forex, indices, commodities, crypto CFDs and a large 12,000+ share-CFD catalogue. Accounts include commission-free Classic and raw-spread Edge (~$7 round-turn), $100 minimum, free demo.

Edge/raw pricing is competitive (EUR/USD from ~0.0-0.2 pips, gold ~12 cents). Execution is described as ECN/STP with 10+ LPs, though some entities reference a principal/market-maker model. Funding is broad and fee-free (cards, wire, Skrill, Neteller, UnionPay, Wise, Revolut, crypto); support is 24/7.

Main caution is structural: while Australian clients deal with the ASIC entity, many international clients are routed through offshore entities in Vanuatu (VFSC GB22201012), Seychelles (FSA) and Mauritius (FSC), higher leverage but materially weaker protection. Does not accept US residents. Editorial reviews are generally positive (ForexBrokers.com 4.0/5, DailyForex 4.3/5).

Verdict
✓ Trusted reviews

TMGM is an established, genuinely ASIC-regulated broker (since 2013) that editorial reviewers describe as having a clean regulatory record. Live third-party ratings from Trustpilot, WikiFX and Forex Peace Army could not be independently verified (pages blocked automated access), so numeric ratings are left null. Main caveat is the routing of non-Australian clients through offshore entities with reduced protections rather than any pattern of fraud.
