Full review

easyMarkets is a long-established retail CFD and options broker founded in 2001 (originally Easy-Forex), headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. It operates through multiple regulated entities including CySEC, ASIC, FSA Seychelles, FSC BVI and FSCA South Africa. Aimed largely at retail and beginner traders, it offers a low $25 minimum, negative balance protection and proprietary risk tools.

The range spans 230+ instruments across forex, indices, commodities, shares, crypto CFDs and vanilla options. Traders can use the proprietary easyMarkets web/mobile platform, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and TradingView, so Market Structure Pro can be used here. The proprietary platform offers fixed spreads and features like dealCancellation, Freeze Rate and guaranteed stop-loss, while MT4/MT5 provide variable spreads.

Execution is market-maker rather than ECN/DMA, and pricing is competitive but not the tightest, with wider crypto spreads. There are no raw-spread accounts or VPS, and US/Canada clients are not accepted. A credible, well-regulated broker best suited to newer traders valuing simplicity, fixed spreads and risk-management features over lowest cost.
